Lotus House (“the site,” “we”) is a small, independently run site for ranking albums, concerts, and movies. This page explains what information we collect and how it’s used.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this only to identify your account and to attribute the ratings and reasons you submit (your display name is shown next to reasons you write, visible to other visitors).

Ratings and content you submit

Ratings, added albums/concerts/movies, and any written reasons you submit are stored and displayed publicly on the site. Please don’t include anything in a reason you wouldn’t want visible to other visitors.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate visitor counts and page views. This does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties beyond the service providers that run the site (Google for sign-in, Supabase for our database, and Vercel for hosting).
